It is good to stay at a non-chain hotel sometimes, but you do give up something. The view of the city from all the rooms is spectacular, and the rates are pretty low compared to elsewhere. This place is VERY inexpensive. We were there for the marathon and it was super convenient. It has an awesome view. We stayed here for one night and the room was very dirty. Bathroom had fleas and our steak dinner in the adjoining restaurant was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone! more

We stayed at Rococo's motel May 10, 2003 because of it's proximity to the airport and the great views from the balcony. Unfortunately the room was INFESTED with fleas! The bath mat was in tatters and the bathroom unclean. Need I say more? more
