This past weekend I stayed at the Green Gate Village in the Malia room. It did not quite live up to the stays I have had in past year. It has been about 10 years since I stayed there last, but it seems like the quality might be going down. The room was nice sized. The people were great that... More

We will definitely be returning, as long as Ed and Lindy are the innkeepers here! They are fantastic hosts, and this B&B is the perfect combination of comfortable and professional. We stayed in the Jackson Room of the Tolley Cabin, though the door into the adjoining room was open so we could freely walk around. Charming but still comfortable for... More

The innkeepers make you feel right at home as though you are part of a family. Having grown up in Kansas, I reminisced while looking at the beautiful decor and artwork inside the dining area, as well as the china and all of the little special touches that you simply cannot experience at a "chain" of hotels or other establishments.... The furnishings and decor send you way back in time..lovely. It was a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was not gourmet, but good and plentiful. Ours started with a warm baked apple with a dollop of whipped cream...yum yum. Would definitely return.

I have spent considerable time in St. George and stayed in various locations but had never stayed at the historic Green Gate Village until this past month. We really enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations are quite lovely. The owners have done a great job trying to maintain these very old and historic buildings. Our room was lovely. We slept great. And... More

We stayed here as part of a tour of the area. The accommodations are set in several historic buildings moved to the site from around the state. My wife and I had the 1879 Morris House to ourselves - it has a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a small sitting room. The property's collection of... More

We arrived a little early and there was no one to receive us. There is a phone to use in such an event but it just went to voicemail. We came back later to be shown to our accommodation (in the Pratt House). Everything is clean and tidy. Our bed was perhaps the tallest we had even slept in. The... More

My husband, adult son and I stayed for 4 nights in the Morris House. We enjoyed our efficiency kitchen, large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and comfortable front porch chairs. Breakfast is delicious and the hosts are wonderful. It is in the quiet historic section of St. George. There is a nice, clean, hot tub in the courtyard. We... More

I stayed in the Tolley Cabin for a workshop that was being held at the inn. The grounds are really well kept, the inn keepers are charming, the breakfast is very good (although if you are health-oriented, it can be a little much) and the location is wonderful. Ed was very gracious when I called, helping me figure out transportation,... More

We had two separate rooms, both for just one night. The inn keeper was very helpful and friendly, orienting us to the inn as well as restaurants within walking distance. Both rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was very good -- a full hot breakfast served in a lovely sitting room. This would be a particularly good choice for... More
