We just spent 3 nights in one of the best B&Bs we have visited. Our host, Matt, made us very welcome. He is an innovative chef; his breakfasts are wonderful. The rooms are spacious with super comfy beds. Our room, "Under the Rim" has a seating area that has a marvelous view of Bryce Point. Staying here enhanced our Bryce... More

We booked this B&B from the internet for 2 nights, but ended up staying for 3. The rooms (each unique) were visually appealing and very comfortable, and our room gave us a magnificent setting for the sunrise over the red hills. Our host, Matt, made us feel completely welcome to use whatever was there, e.g., wine glasses and extra plates... More

Nice new house in which we had a large corner room. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very accomodating and informative. Very good breakfast and good place to meet travelers from around the world. Only about 10 minutes away from Bryce Canyon Natl Pk. We would most definitely stay here again.

it is in a great location and our room was very nice (if a bit characterless), with a great view. however, we felt the hosts became a bit unfriendly and unwelcoming. however, Bryce canyon is the mosr phenominal place, and as you are only sleeping there, i would go back since it is such an amazing place you cannot miss... Pros: Great breakfast, although a little overkill in quantity of food (eg. hot cereal followed by a fruit crepe and zucchini bread). Very nice hospitality. CON: The house and the room have little character. Our room faced a neighbor who had a lot of junk on his property. You can't control the room temp and to open the window allowed... More

Not realizing October is peak travel season in Southern Utah, I had few options available when I booked accommodations in August. This B&B got good reviews and was one of the few with availability. It is in a good location as you can access a trail leading (a long ways) into Bryce Canyon at the end of the road where... More

We spent 2 nights in the Fairyland room. It is a large room on the first floor located just off the breakfast room. The room had 2 chairs outside the door so we could sit outside and look off towards the cliffs of Bryce Canyon. The room also has a nice seating area with lots of lights. So often hotel... More

We stayed at Bryce Trails for a couple of nights recently and were very impressed. We usually stay at hotels/motels but everywhere was really busy the weekend we were at Bryce Canyon so we decided to give the B&B a go and it was a great decision. Matt and Nan were so welcoming and the room (Navajo Loop) was extremely... More

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay here more. Nan greeted us when we arrived and we became fast friends. She is very knowledgeable and helpful about the area. Matt is a great cook and the breakfasts were wonderful. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is close enough to Bryce that with the wonderful views you don't... More

Very comfortable bed - we stayed in the Bristlecone room (it was themed throughout with Bristlecones which was twee but somehow endearing). The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed except a kettle and coffee/tea (being English I expect coffee or tea in the room!!) the views from the room were lovely and we could see hummingbirds...
