We have to thank a couple of german-american (met while taking pictures from a cliff) for this advice. Ethel and Lamar, both of them over 80 years old, run the B&B by their own. Their childrens rooms have been refurbished and now have become guest's rooms. Children, grandchildren and great grandchildren pictures are everywhere. We stayed last august and had a very pleasant stay. The room are spacious, clean, comfortable, all the house is well kept. We enjoyed our stay while visiting Bryce Canyon -- only 20 minutes from the Park. Great breakfast -- the 7-Up pancakes and cider syrup are to die for. Clean, spacious rooms, with a view out the back. Outside entrance makes coming and going very private. more

Very nice welcome and great location to either go to Bryce Canyon Park (10 mns drive) or hit the scenic road 12. All the comfort that you need for a short gateway and every morning, don't forget your pancake! Breakfast was the right time to share experiences with other guests (good tips) more

Loved Edith and Lamar. Great people, wonderful resource for the area sites and attractions. We stayed in the cottage, which was quiet and very private, lots of room with all the conveniences of home. Like a small apartment. Excellent breakfast, all you can eat, great time to talk with fellow travelers. All other travelers seemed pleased with their stay there.... more

The Bryce Point B&B is a quiet and comfortable place. It is a few blocks off of the one main road in Tropic. The location is very convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park, and allows a visitor to avoid the large commercial places on the park entrance road. Ethel and LeMarr were sweet and wonderful hosts at this "home away from home". We stayed in the Grandkids room. Nice room. It rained most of the time we were there, so we didn't get to use the deck, but it looked towards Bryce Canyon and they had a telescope to use. There were lots of books and videos and... more

We stayed at the Bryce Point B & B for a weekend trip to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. We traveled with a 3-year-old and had no problems.
