Although the hotel was only 50% full on my arrival day (verified the following day with the front desk) my room was not ready. When I pointed out to the front desk clerk that if they did not pre-assign rooms, they could give out clean ones on a first-come, first-served basis, his response was "We don't do it that way."... more
