The room we had was small. It was the only room in the B&B with air conditioning and the weather was very warm when we were there. There was no shower. Instead there was a bathtub with a handheld unit. which leaked so that it sprayed in all directions. The ceiling above the tub was low so that an adult could not stand up. As a result we had to go through some contortions in order to bathe. After our first night, the bed wasn't made and a fresh pitcher of water was not provided as promised. Their prices are comparable to much lovlier ones in Burlington. The owners were very nice and very helpful. The room had the promised view of Lake Champlain. Our experience was such that we will avoid B&Bs in the future.
