Just returned from a couple of nights in the Marriott. Thanks to Trip Advisor we knew to request the water view from one of the top floors. Outstanding large window where we could watch the morning activity on the waterfront and lake and the sunsets each evening. Found the AAA rate lowered the cost to only $206 a night, not... more

I know you're supposed to stay in a bed and breakfast when you go to Vermont, but really nothing beats a nice, clean, fresh smelling hotel with a view of the lake and a bar. We decided at the last minute to take a trip up to Burlington and so most of the B&B's were booked. This hotel is located... more

The hotel is located withing two blocks walking distance to the heart of Burlington's downtown/Church Street area. Very quiet location with beautiful views of Lake Champlain. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly. They recently opened up parking access under the hotel, which is a huge improvement over when they first opened and you had to park and... more

Stayed here twice recently. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good location. Close to the Burlington harbor. Took the bikes along the bike trail which runs along the lake for a few miles. more

We got a 9th floor room which had a "city view" (as opposed to the pricier "lake view"). I'm sure the lake view would have been nice, but it was a bit out of my price range. The room was fine and very quiet. It was the first weekend in May and it wasn't very busy. However, the weekend before... more

This is a great place to stay! The rooms are nice, the housekeepers are great, and Lou the bartender is one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. On wednesday they have free food and drinks from 5-6. The only drawbacks to the hotel are: 1. The kitchen is rarely open for dinner 2. The hot tub is unbearably hot... more

Overall, we liked this hotel, but there were some things that gave us pause. The good: - Large rooms. - Hot tubs are lovely. - The lake is just gorgeous. - Fantastic location. - The water view rooms on the higher floors offer outstanding views. The bad: - Parking is $8 and not included in the room fee. - Quality... more

The Courtyard Marriott Burlington Harbor was a very nice place for my wife and I to unwind and do some Christmas shopping in Burlington. We stayed in a standard city view room with a king-size bed. The room featured a nice sofa, chair and a desk area. The sofa was a nice touch. Most rooms you have to hop onto... more

When my friends and I arrived on a Sunday evening and it was a slow night for the hotel- our check-in was a breeze- we had the restaurant manager manning the front desk, since all the staff was out for a holiday party. I cannot remember his name, but he did a wonderful job explaining amenities, etc. Before we left... more
