I traveled to Burlington on a college visit with my two sons. I was pleasantly surprised. The bedding was not typical, yucky hotel bedding. It felt luxurious. The bathroom was ultra-modern- loved the wide, rain-shower type of shower head. We were heading out to the college on Saturday morning, so we stopped at the hotel restaurant for an early breakfast.... more

Upscale for a Courtyard but a bit pricey. Very convenient location for downtown Burlington and the colleges. Note the charge to park. more

Went to my son's parent weekend. Loved the convenience of the hotel. Downtown area with shops and restaurants right there. Beautiful view of the lake. A little construction with the parking garage, but nothing major. I'm looking forward to my next trip and would stay here again! more

Having stayed in Burlington several times, this place is by far the best. They are doing a little construction now, but that should be completed by summer of 2010. The rooms are contemporary and very roomy. They are comfortable and some offer great views of the Lake Champlain. The bathroom and shower is again, very contemporary. Some people may not... more

We stayed for 4 nights in late September. The rooms were of adequate size, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is pretty good, but Burlington is such a small city that nothing is really far apart. The service was below average. Several front desk staff members had difficulty giving us directions to local establishments and often could not recommend basics... more

This is a Courtyard that thinks it's the Ritz Carlton. It's not. It's a nice Courtyard, but nothing fabulous. The room was a good size, but the shower (no tub) is built with only a partial enclosure. Try though you might, the water goes out onto the bathroom floor. TV had several sports channels, but you couldn't get CBS or... more

Very good location in Burlington. No good room view for us though - we had a view of a car park although we could just see the lake it was tried hard enough! Booked it last minute(hotel nowhere near full) but best rate still meant we spent more on this hotel than our hotel in Boston which was far superior.... more

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It's not a five star luxury hotel, but is very nice. Great staff. Comfy beds. Spotless rooms. Incredible views. Convenient location. I think for the price one could expect a little bit more. They charge for the continental breakfast buffet. A comfortable chair for reading would have been nice. more

We had a room overlooking lake Champlain, what a magnificient view! The staff were very friendly, professional and very accomodating The room was clean however, I'd like to mention 2 things: 1) Costing what it costs to get a room with a view on lake Champlain, could they not have someone clean the greasy smudges from the windows (foreheads, noses,... more

Conveniently located within easy walking distance of both downtown shopping and the waterfront. The waterfront room was clean, large and well appointed. We were pleased with the room but the jetted tub was a disappointment. It was a bubbler not a true whirlpool. The only serious negative we had was the parking situation. The $8 fee was OK, that's typical... more
