A gem in all respects. Intimate, quiet, immaculate and an enjoyable stay from the moment we walked in the door. The hostess was caring, engaging and catered to our every detail. Breakfast was superb. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom spotless. We were pleasantly surprised. more

The rooms are adequate - more typical of a nice hotel than a B&B to me. The hosts are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The breakfast that Mary prepared each morning during our stay was delicious. The room we were in (European) is located next to the restaurant. In the evening there was a lot of noise outside of our window,... more

This place is as close to "immaculate" as you will find - anywhere - ever. Summer rates are exceptionally low for a place like this!! Excellent breakfast and amenities and really friendly and helpful innkeepers. If you're here, be sure and see Thundering Brook Falls. This is a semi-rural inn, not a big city hotel. more

We stayed at the Birch Ridge Inn for a 5 day ski trip to Killington in March. The location is amazing and is only minutes from the slopes. Bill and Mary live on site which makes all the difference at this B&B. They greet you when you arrive and make you feel welcome at all times. The bar is a... more

You can tell the proprietors take a great deal of pride in their work at the Birch Ridge Inn. The rooms and all common areas are very well maintained and very clean. The wood burning fireplace is a great place to sit and relax. Best thing about the inn is the proximity to the slopes, set just off the Killington... more

Our stay at the Birch Ridge Inn was a pleasure from arrival to departure... the only downside was having to leave at the end of the week! The Inn is just off the main Killington Road in a really quiet location and everthing about it makes you feel welcome. Mary and Bill, the Innkeepers, clearly invest a huge amount of... more

I found this inn on Trip Advisor, and after staying here for three nights, would echo all the positive recommendations from the other reviewers. The location is first rate, on the Killington access road, but set back from the street offering a tranquil setting. The room we stayed in was lovely - king sized bed, fireplace, and impeccably maintained. I'm... more

A lovely inn about a mile from the Killington base stations (Snowshead/K1/Ramshead). Beautifully presented rooms which were kept clean and tidy. The owners (Bill and Mary) were exceptionally welcoming, full of local information as well as being more than happy to sit and chat at the bar. The breakfast was a treat, different home-made muffins and breads everyday in addition... more

We stopped at the Birch Ridge inn for a fantastic week early Feb this year. The hosts Mary and Bill did everything to make our stay special and we felt very much at home there. In fact we didn't want to leave! The inn is perfectly postioned within walking distance of several bars and restaurants and only a couple of... more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Birch Ridge Inn last week. Clean, spacious room with a lovely outlook at the covered 'bridge'. Bill and Mary, the hosts, are delightful, extremely hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. Easy to find and very central in Killington, a pleasant stroll to many eateries - particularly if you've had one of Bills' measures... more
