This rating is more off of value and convenience. Jay Peak is a true skier's mountain. There are not too many true ski mountains left. I am hooked on Jay Peak. We really liked the Coach House, and our trip to Jay Peak Ski Resort. It was right in Montgomery Center, and we could walk to the ski shop, restaurant, and grocery store. The price was very reasonable and the property manager was very helpful and understanding when setting up reservations. For our next trip, we will consider staying there again. more

My wife and I have stayed at The Coach House for three years running. It is a three floor rehabbed 100+ year old building in the small but charming town of Montgomery Center, VT.
