I have stayed at the Rustic Restaurant and Motel in Northfield Falls, Vermont at least four times. It is very reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they have both a restaurant and a sports bar. I found the food to be very good, and the friendliness of the staff very welcoming.

The motel is located in a beautiful Vermont village that has 4 different covered bridges. It is approximately 7 or 8 miles south of Montpelier on Route 12.

I have always been happy with my stays at the Rustic, and found it to be an excellent starting and ending point for "day trips" around central Vermont. If one is looking for good accomodations that remind them of the simple times of yesteryear, and also don't want to be "robbed" by some of the outrageous prices of some inns, I would recommend this motel and restaurant to anyone travelling in Vermont. more
