We are still sick about shelling out $250 a night for the worst place we've ever stayed. Where should I begin? The stained and burned carpeting everywhere? The dingy basement and dark staircase? The freezing cold and dirty pool with its door (accurately) marked "Poo"? The beds like slanted wedges of cardboard? Everything filthy and stinking of smoke and mold?... more

Do everything in your power to stay away from this resort. It was the most disgusting hotel we ever stayed at in our lives. The carpeting in our room was stained, the paint is peeling, the beds were atrocious, the food was awful, the plumbig fixtures were falling apart, it smelled. The only thing positive I can say is that... more

I booked this Hotel on the internet before I saw the reviews which left me slightly worried considering I was traveling 3500 miles from England on a skiing trip. I am happy to report that my stay at Sun Lodge was a most enjoyable one. This is not a faceless hotel from on of the big chains, Sun Lodge is... more

We stayed at the Bromley Sun Lodge during the 2004 ski season and it was awful: peeling paint, wet and moldy carpet, and a pool that looked more like a Petri dish! Breakfast verged on inedible. The elevator frightened my children, but it broke on the second day so they were spared the horror of using it. It also turned... more

Our family Had a great time at the Sun Lodge and will be going back. The owners and staff were friendly, the atmosphere was cozy the rooms are clean. The kids loved the indoor pool, I was glad they added a fitness room. more

Although still under renovations, the Bromley Sun Lodge still welcomes guests from various parts to a cozy, warm, home-like atmosphere and accommodations. From my personal experience, I would visit again and I'm looking forward to seeing the new changes and revisiting some new found friends. more

We stayed over MLK weekend 2004. Prices were $200+ per night with full breakfast included. Excellent location right at the base of Bromley. Lodge, though, is in shameful condition. Aside from the lobby area, which is kept in decent shape, the rest of the premises are very run down. The breakfast area, hallways, and rooms look in dire need of... more

I guess OK for skiing but the rooms are slightly busted, beds are warped, not worth the $159 per night although right on Bromley and if you're into it (skiing, rides, etc. although all costs more!), you're good. It you're going to see trees and hang out, not the best. There are definitly cheaper, nicer places in the area. Look... more
