The Grey Gables was delightful. Tim and Debbie, the proprietors, were so helpful and welcoming, knowing just when to do every little thing. The house was a sight for sore eyes the moment we arrived. Tim and Debbie gave us a wonderful welcome and their enthusiasm for their historic home is contagious! I can't say enough good things about the Grey Gables. Tim and Debbie made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Charming house, delicious food and a great location. Heinz the dog was delightful. I can't wait to visit again! more

What a wonderful place to stay. Grey Gables was a good base for our ski-trips to Jay-Peak, a 30 minute drive through a snowy winter wonderland. Delicious breakfasts, charming decor, gorgeous mansion, comfy bed, incredible hospitality and friendliness from the owners Debbie and Tim. Highly recommended. more

My sister and I have just returned from a 4-day stay at the Grey Gables Mansion. What a wonderful experience! I highly recommend you stay at the Grey Gables next time you take a trip to northern Vermont. This mansion is gorgeous. It has a lot of charm and has been very nicely renovated.
