Better than your average Comfort Suites with really helpful staff. Breakfast was basic. Room was great. I paid a little more than I normally would for a room though. more

We spent one very relaxing night in early August 2008 on our way driving back to NYC. We parked our car, free of charge and with no problem, in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Our room was wonderful, two rooms, a kitchenette and sitting area. Wonderful bed. But the rest of the hotel was a little off. The breakfast area was way to small and not enough tables. The halls always had carts and bins and other stuff in them. The elevator was dirty for 2 days and the front desk staff only marginally... more

I stayed in a 1-bedroom king suite on a busy summer weekend with my husband and two young children. Everywhere else was booked up, but the hotel seemed large and had plenty of availability. The price was much higher than we are used to paying, but it seems to be par for the area unless you stay in a motel.... more

Stayed here for one night. Hotel is away from main highway so noise was not an issue. Comfortable suite with fridge and microwave oven. Hotel conveniently located alone Shelbourne highway. When southbound, hotel access requires a U-Turn but it was not busy. Free breakfast and free reliable (hard wired) internet. Good place to stay for business or a shopping trip.... more

Nice hotel. 2 other hotels in the same complex. Pretty pricey for a Comfort Suite chain hotel, but everything else in Burlington was booked. Clean, quiet and spacious. more

This place was terrible and not what I expected at all!!!!!! The lobby was very outdated and opens right into a mini cafe with tables and chairs. The staff is horrible!!!! They are not pleasant to people of color, they were not helpful recommending things to do in the area, and they were not timely with check-in!!! I was there... more
