We stayed at the Honeywood Inn over MLK weekend and had a wonderful time! The price was very good, the rooms were fine and the location was perfect! More

"Charming, clean and convenient, " was how it was recommended to me and i'd add cozy to boot. Hadn't been in Stowe for years and this place provided the perfect base for me to fall in love with the area all over again. The Proprietors were always smiling and they baked fresh muffins for breakfast. Came as a couple and... More

I had the misfortune to stay at this motel. The innkeepers are cold, gruff, and downright hostile. The rooms are shabby. the food is average and inadequate in terms of quality and quantity. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, even if it means paying a bit more money. More

They made us pay the first night in advance, which should have been our first indication that something was fishy. We payed $165/night which seemed decent for Stowe but we were expecting something nicer for that price. There were 5 big spiders blocking the door frame when we got back from dinner and several more in the room. We tried... More

When I said to the owner this is not a B&B , but partly a motel, they became very defensive. There were individual motel rooms as part of the Inn. That is where we were put. There was no cozy warm feeling about this place at all. It was not an inviting place to be. We were extremely disappointed. I... More

We spent 3 nights at this Inn in Stowe, and were very pleased with it. They had a very good deal whereby you got 2 nights for the price of 3 if it included a Tuesday - great if travelling in the fall foliage season. The owners also have a lodge (motel) virtually next door, but we stayed in the... More

We found this inn by chance while visiting Ben and Jerry's factory. At first we were a little uneasy because we were the only ones there and because we were surrounded by woods. (We do come from the city). I am happy to say that this inn met all of our expectations. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The... More

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was superb - lots of yummy food to choose from. Great location and listening to the sound of the river every night was so soothing and relaxing... More

We have stayed at many inns/B&B's before but this one really is so comfortable in lots of ways : The location is superb between the mountain and the village. It is perfect for walkers... whether we wanted to walk on the" Recreation" path to Stowe (an easy graded path) or hike Mt.Mansfield and other nearby mountains, it was just a... More

My husband booked the Honeywood sight unseen, as we had never been to America. A friend recommended we take a trip to Vermont, as mu husband was on business in NY. It was well worth the trip, and there is Jet Blue airlines that wisk you there in 1 hour. The Honeywood is very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is... More
