We used to stay here before deciding to stay at Landmark which is just behind the inn. This inn is nice and cozy with decent enough rooms for people who are skiing for most of the day. The service is manageable and the hot tub is very cool. A nice inn but I recommend Landmark or Rising Bear instead.

You get what you pay for...and keep in mind the hotel is right in the resort with shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and let us have extended checkout. The furniture, bathrooms and decor in this hotel are pretty worn out but everything in our room worked. Breakfast was excellent and shuttle service to the ski slopes was very efficient. Overall, reasonably priced for what you get.

I stayed here one night and the room wasn't horrible, but it wasn't nice either. The furniture was a bit worn. There were nasty stains on the wall beside the bed. As others have said, great midweek value close to the slopes. Although the lifts and ski lodges are new and up to date, the Inn is worn and in need of an update. We just did a mid-week special skiing at Stratton. Stayed at the Inn which included a 3-day lift ticket to ski, 2 nights sleep with full breakfast. Rooms were clean, everyone very friendly and bus transfers to the mountain to ski and to the village to eat - never had to use your car. Great value and would do it... More

Recently went to Stratton on a Thursday/Friday, following a big snowfall with my son. Since the Inn at Strattion mountain offers a very good mid-week price as well as walk to the lifts, it was exactly what we wanted. Including breakfast, this made it a very nice stay.
