The Grand Summit at Mount Snow is a nice base lodge hotel with above-average amenities, and potentially above-average hallway lengths. I recently stayed @ the Grand Summit hotel. It was a short walk to the October feast which was great! The room was very clean and the staff was very pleasant .They had an outdoor heated pool and hot tub which was fantastic. IF you are going to mount snow I would definitely recommend staying at the grand summit hotel? more

Stayed for two nights for the 12th annual Oktoberfest. Got a 2 bedroom unit with loft. Unit was well stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans and everything you need for cooking. Went to VT to visit friends, see leaves, work out. Fantastic place. Ate at Harriman's in the hotel. Swam outdoors in 30 degree weather, walked the Valley Trail several times---all fantastic. Friendly staff, great room/accomodations...far from other towns but once one gets to Wilmington, Manchester, Brattleboro-very worth the trip. All great places to visit. the hotel did not disappoint. the room was clean and the employees were pleasant. the outdoor pool was heated as stated and the hot tubs also met expectations.
