We saw the website when we were looking for a nice quiet place for our honeymoon and fell in love. Ayita is a great cabin. It is very clean, well appointed and a gem located about 100 feet from the New River Trail. Getting to the cabin is a bit intimidating as it's a steep, dirt road with switchbacks. You wouldn't want to traverse this road for the 1st time at night. These cabins are beautiful! Offered plenty of privacy and were fully equipped for anything we might need. Also, found the firestation, about 1 mile from the cabins, so no worries like the previous reviewer! Yes, the locals use the river, but from what they told us they have deeded rights. And they are all very nice! more
