was that after looking at 4 different rooms, which all were dirty and even though they claimed were all renovated were shabby. another couple was doing the same as we....trying to find something acceptable. we couldn't. the good thing was that the front desk person allowed us to a full credit. at least the help had some class. more

Although still going through renovations what was somewhat apparent upon my arrival. I found the Kiptopeke Inn to be a clean and tidy abode aside route 13. Recently stayed here, facilities were very clean and orderly. Continental breakfast, which I was told is to be opened this summer looks very promising. One of the better hotels in the Eastern Shore. more

Better off staying at the pound! Dogs get better treatment than this! The carpet was soiled, the bathroom...unmentionable and I think fleas? I will not be staying here again. For that matter at any Day's Inn motel after this experience. more

Awful. Gross. I am not kidding - there were dead bugs in the room. Dead bugs. Being the optomist, I thought this was a good sign (e.g. they just fumigated) ... until I saw the live bugs.
