We have stayed at this inn before so it is no surprise to have a second enjoyable and relaxing getaway. The staff, especially Jenny & Emma exude a caring and attention to comfort that is exceptional. It is romantic, relaxing and so centrally located that the Inn itself is a perfect launching site for a great visit. more

Our stay here was great. Room comfortable and not at all noisy. Breakfast and wine/cheese was very nice. Parking very convenient. A bit a pricey side (for us!) but worth it as a splurge. more

Upon arrival I was welcomed to wine and cheese in the library. I also learned that I had been given an up-grade to a room in the cottage. Love the location, the delightful breakfast and wine-and-cheese, the picturesque porch, the old creaky floorboards, and great architecture. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Charlottesville.
