Just returned form a visit to the Charloettesville area, and had a wonderful stay at the Inn at the Crossroads. We arrived a little early, having come from New York, and really didn't expect our room to be ready, but Jim, the owner came out and greeted us and told us to get a cup of coffee down the road,... more

We just got back from Charlottesville and our stay at Inn at the Crossroads, and what a wonderful and relaxing place to spend the weekend. The first place in Charlottesville we stayed at had train tracks outside our bedroom window. The second place was in the parking lot of the Marriott. The third place said they were in Charlottesville but they were reallt 30 minutes away. Finally with... more

Returned again. Avoid the places in town with their noise and rudeness. We like this place because of its history, connections to Thomas Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt and Franklin Rossevelt! more
