I stayed in the Marriott Courtyard when attending a conference at UVa and found it a very pleasurable experience. The rooms are nice and I didn't notice any of the 'thin walls' and the ice machine, whilst noisy, couldn't be heard inside my room (which was 2 rooms away). The sales staff was extremely helpful in booking my event. It was a great loaction with the University of Virginia within a few blocks. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful with giving directions. I will use this hotel when I have another event schedule in the area. more
