This property is downright scary to be honest. I had to drive down to the Chesapeake area for a meeting which was at 8:00 one morning and it turned out all the hotels in the area were either full or extremely expensive so I had to suck it up and stay at the Motel 6. I normally stay in higher end hotels so just walking in the room was a shock.

The room was a normal room I thought at first until I saw a mouse and noticed on one side of the bed there was some food on the floor. I immediatelly called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room which they did immediately.

Then comes the evening. After dinner I was sittign in my room watching TV and outside there were tons of cars playing loud rap music and I felt like I was in the middle of a playground in a not so nice area. I called the front desk and they mentioned this was normal. They stayed this way until past 11:00 PM.

Not that I expected a nice hotel but the experience was worse than expected... more
