First time at this location. Out of all the BW I've stayed in including plus this was the most expensive for the quality and value you get. VERY dISAPOINTING Will I be back. NO WAY Breakfast a joke too. THIS LOCATION NEEDS A REALITY check

Most of the people who stay here are fishermen. The WiFi is very bad; I could never connect in our room and had to go to the reception area, where it is slow and weak and disconnected sometimes. Stayed in a king size room overlooking the lake with a private balcony what a beautiful view! Rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very helpful with restaurant, shopping and local sites recommendations. Small quaint town with great Southern Hospitality!

The location is excellent. Best Western could only profit by giving this location some attention! The "bones" of the 2 buildings are good. But the corperatatiion has opted to neglect it. The motel was very clean and the employees at the recaption desk were friendly. Our room was lakefront and had a nice view of the lake from the private balcony. There was plenty of spaces for parking the boat. Good location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Boat ramps located within a few miles of the motel.

When it says "on the lake" it truly IS on the lake! Beautiful view and just the overall scenary at night is peaceful. A great place to stay if you want to be "out of the way" of all the noise. I know I should have never accepted a smoking room,as the fact I do not smoke. My nephew made the reservation and said something about putting a air cleaner in there before we arrived. Well needless to say that wasn't done. It didn't help any when it was placed in there. The bed linens and everything still smelled of smoke.... More
