Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. I have travelled extensivley domestically and abroad and this place takes the cake for the worst hotel I have ever been to including Nicaragua. The Lord Culpeper Hotel is an older, independently operated establishment that avoids the austere sterility that characterizes some of the chain hotels.
