This is a new facility. So the furniture and fixtures are all new. But a few details still need to shake out. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning is a tad hyper-active and is controlled at the window rather than the wall thermostat. Amenities listed on the website include bathtub. That is only in jacuzzi suites. Regular rooms have showers.
I had trouble getting hot water in bath - both sink and shower. You must let it run awhile, then it gets hot. I stayed two nights. Maid never serviced the room. But in fairness, I had do not disturb sign out until 1 PM. Still I would expect them to circle back.
Breakfast was adequate. However, restocking of items needs to be addressed more quickly. No bowls for cereal, for example. Also trash cans were not emptied promptly. The seating is limited if the hotel is full. No two person tables, so I took up the space of 4.
