the lovely house and the smiles of steve and kathi made us feel right at home. the food was awesome at breakfast.! we had never had fresh made croissants, which were to die for. we would definitely visite fountainhall again! more

My husband and I just spent a beautiful weekend at Fountain Hall. The house and grounds are beautiful, but the hospitality was even better. The hosts were friendly and helpful in a quiet, unobtrusive way - just the type that we like. We hope to go back someday. more

We spent two nights at this B&B. It is easy to walk to downtown Culpeper, so if you are there to go to Foti's or do something else downtown, it's perfectly situated for that. Fountain Hall is wonderfully comfortable and perfectly situated within an easy (5 minute) walk of downtown Culpepper. It's also convenient to nearby attractions. I stayed at the Fountain Inn in July of 2004. I got a first floor room with queen bed and private bath. Quiet neighborhood. This is a really big house ... there are 3 sitting rooms to choose from. I stayed at the Fountain Hall in 2002 and friends stayed there last year. It is the perfect Culpeper-environs B&B. Kathi Walker makes croissants and serves them with apple butter, preserves, cereals and yogurt. Coffee, tea, and other refreshments are available.
