We travel to Danville several times a year for Motorsports events. We tried the Innkeeper for the first time because they had a negotiated rate with my car club. I will not be a return guest.
- The hotel itself is getting old and is definitely on the lower end of the scale as far as carpets, beds/sheets/pillows, and towels go. I wouldn't call it dirty, but 'clean and inviting' also doesn't apply.
- The hotel is plastered with 'park at your own risk' signs making one wonder just how much risk you are actually taking.
- Another inescapable impression is that the hotel management is protecting themselves from trouble guests (highlighted by being asked to identify and sign for exactly who in your party will be using the pool).
- Nobody was at the front desk to check out with at 8:30am. I'm not sure what they were doing but after 10+ minutes I walked out.
