This hotel has the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. They put forth the extra effort to make your experience a pleasant one. The hotel has a great location next to entertainment and a wide variety of restaurants. The rooms are always very clean and the complimentary breakfast is of very good quality.

It is an excellent place to stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, I mean everybody, the concierge, the house-keeping staff, even the ground-keepers. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable. We definitely will stay in this hotel while visiting Richmond area again.

I would recommend this hotel to any friends, family or co-workers who are staying in this area outside of Richmond. The hotel staff was great and the amenities are top notch. I will be traveling here again next year and will definitely be staying here again.

I booked this Hampton Inn for 3 Adults for one night during Richmond NASCAR race weekend. This hotel is all that and more if you need a place to stay for a night or a week! will be staying there when we go back! Rooms are nice and very clean! Got A good price and the service was very nice!

I like to stay at this location because it's close to my customer and very clean. The lobby has been renovated and looks very nice. The staff are helpful. I stay at this location twice a year, in the spring & fall.
