Arrived 5-23-09 to find our room had been given away.after we had booked online 2 weeks prior. So they stuck us in another room which was by the lobby HORRIBLE!!!!!! My first clue that this was going to be a bad experience was watching the police escort a guest in handcuffs out the front door as we were checking in. But...it got worse. I couldn't believe it. The Hotel has been upgraded so nicely. Keeping the well feel of an older hotel but with new amenities. my stay at this hotel was wonderful the front desk was very wlcome to me and my friends, the sport lounge pizza is very tastefull, the rooms were very nice clean, the breakfast was excelent, I personally recommend that anybody that's coming to visit the hampton, virginia area to stay in Best Western Colisium Inn & Suites more

Could have gone either Terrible or OK but some problems. This is definitely NOT a 3 star hotel. Staff at front desk is indifferent. Property was very cold, and I caught one.
