We had no hot water for 2 days. The hotel staff kept saying it was being fixed but each morning when ready for a hot shower, there was NO hot water. Also, the dining room staff was new and had no one to help her, our food was cold. This was not a pleasant experience. We checked out & stayed... more

This hotel has attempted to upgrade with a remodel, however, it appears they were focused on quantity and not quality. We stayed in a King room (453) for $109/night. Pros: Nicely decorated, clean rooms Pull out sofa Comfy king bed Good shower pressure Front desk staff speedy and courteous Lobby nicely decorated Pool clean, nice area Whirlpool Fitness room well... more

Got a great deal on Priceline for this hotel. Check In was fast and the girl at the desk was very nice. I was in a renovated room with nice decor and a very comfortable bed. It was a king room and it had a seperate area with a pull out sofa that is great if you are traveling with... more

The room was dirty. The door was sticky to the touch. The halls were hot. Food trays left out at night still were there at noon. No one seems to care at this property. Decor is horrible. Hotel is in need of more staff, and a staff that is focused on customer service not their own private lives. The hotel... more

This wouldn't be my first pick, but I got a good deal on Priceline. I stayed in the older part of the hotel, which was the old Sheraton. The desk clerk was very friendly and the room was big and pretty quiet. I couldn't help but feel, though, that the renovation was done quickly. It was missing the amenities many... more

This property has been going through a remodel for over a year. The lobby entrance was closed due to the remodel and we were directed by signs through the hotel to the lobby area. Check-in was slow. 10 minutes per guest to get a key. The room I was in was fully renovated, even the AC/Heat unit was new. Bed... more

My son was married in early June in Harrisonburg and my wife and I thought the Holiday Inn would be an easy place to find for out of town guests since it is right off I-81 to stay after the reception at another location. We checked in on a Friday with no trouble. Coincidentally, the Virginia high school track and... more

No security at night. Place was dirty, bathroom was falling apart, and old. They are undergoing renovations, but still looks like a dump more
