This was hands down the worst place we stayed in on our 10 day road trip. My advice would be, if you have to be shown more than 2 rooms before an "acceptable" one is found, ask for your money back and find a new hotel. The firsat room we were given had a bed that someone had obviously laid... more
I don't believe in saying hurtful things about others....so I'll only say this.....prior to committing to stay in this facility- ask them to let you see the room that you'll be staying in.....That's the best strategy before booking any "value hotel". Would I have stayed there if I had seen the room before committing to pay? No. I will say... more
Carpet in room was old and sticky, keep your socks on! Room was suppose to be non-smoking but had a strong smoky odor. Rate high for what you received. Wouldn't honor discount voucher. Entrance to our building under construction made it difficult to carry stuff in/out. Breakfast minimal. more

Hotel has been remodeled considerably in past two years. New bathrooms with granite tub surrounds, vanities and new bath fixtures compliments new room furnishings and amenities. We added highspeed wireless internet access with expanded complimentary breakfast.
My husband and I just had our first anniversary in October-2004. We had spent some time at a beach the week before.
