The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a computer in the front desk you can use if you don't feel like lugging a laptop. Positive: Great location next to trails and shopping. I was doing business in Reston, Va. The front desk was extremely friendly at check-in and throughout my stay. I had issues with my door key several different times and one time they didn't ask me for identification when I got a new key. Evidently there are issues with the door lock system and issues with security at this facility. more

I stay at this hotel at least once a month. I always get a studio suite, and normally only on weekends for which I spend an average of $100/night including taxes. The room is HUGE with a queen bed, pullout queen couch, full kitchen, dressing area, bath. For weekend travellers this is THE place to stay in the Herndon/Reston area.... more
