The staff at this hotel are incredibly and genuinely friendly, responsive, polite and gracious. Truly hospitable. The rooms, well, not comfortable. Counter staff were nice but there were only two floors that they were using for guests, the 3rd and 7th floors. They are supposedly renovating the others.
