I certainly wasn't expecting a "luxury" experience for the money I spent and chose this hotel for it's location and because it was pet friendly. I was quoted a price of $63.71 for a smoking room with two double beds which ended up being a little over $80.00 by the time the taxes and unknown fee's were added. I paid $25.00 a piece for two little dogs that combined didn't weigh 15lbs. The room was what I expected - basic but clean. The towels had a crispy feel like no one added a fabric softener sheet and the pillows were pancake thin. I went to the desk to ask for extra pillows (my husband had an injured leg and needed to elevate it and they also put us on the third floor, farthest from the elevator). I waited while the clerk was outside on her cell phone, smoking then finally went outside to ask her for the extra pillows. She told me they didn't have any, sorry and continued to talk on her phone.
