Stayed at this motel while in the area visiting the New River State Park. Called several days before to inquire about rates etc.; nice, professional man answered my questions and said reservations were not necessary since they were not busy. I stopped for the night here entirely on impulse as I had driven a little more than halfway to my 2100 mile trip to Alabama. I was happy that the rooms had outside entrances and it afforded a pleasant mountain view, sitting well up above the interstate. It was also right next to a Flying J truck stop which meant... more
