The One Love team is extending a warm welcome for you to unwind at our serene centre for holistic health through yoga, music, and complementary therapies such as nutritional counseling, reiki and acupressure massage. We are located in the vibrantly spiritual Indian town of Rishikesh, known as the "World Capital of Yoga". Cradled on all sides by the foothills of the majestic Himalayas, next to a waterfall and the sacred river Ganges, we offer programs for complete wellbeing and self-development on all levels - the mental, physical and transcendental. Our centre is a spiritual sanctuary amidst bountiful natural beauty, which prides itself in providing a world-class standard of accommodation and comfort to facilitate a focus on introspection and inner as well as outer balancing. The menu of our in-house health food restaurant caters to the unique nutritional and ethical needs of vegans, followers of Ayurvedic, organic, local or raw food diets, and was carefully designed by one of our founders holding a BA in Health Studies.
