Hello friends.Resort is good but cottage were we stayed at 202 was very filthy and inconvenient.Price is also very high.Breakfast s also okay.Only the good part is it is close to Ganga River.Enjoy rafting with other agents and dont book with Hotel people

We stayed here in April 2013. It was a terrible experience. Could not continue stay for more than one night. AC did not work. Geyser did not produce hot water when needed. Tea kettle in the room and TV was not working and had to be replaced after a lot of pursuation. Food is terrible and worse than a dhaba.... More

Arguably the best location in Rishikesh. The Ganga is so close, the breeze, the view, the sound of river, riverfront walk, the ram jhula. Simply awesome The staff is courteous, food is ok. Tip: Take the AC room on first floor only (you may not need it), take it for the view.

Rude, nonco-operative, unfriendly people at the Reception. Dirty Cottage rooms. Good Location & property doesnt help when the experience is bad. Will not recommend anyone to stay here if you wanna have a stress-free & enjoyable holiday.
