I just came from here about 5 minutes ago.....we had arrived at koh Chang and was looking for a decent beachfront and was scouting the area.... I am Indian and very tanned... I saw a few white kids walking and I know they did not live there because we currently share the same hotel. Anyways, when my bf and I... More

We started our stay on Ko Chang in a bungalow far away from the beach. It was decent, but we decided to rent a scooter on day 2 and check out some new places to stay on the beach. Most of the nice ones were too much for us; 5000-7000/night. No thanks! We found Siam Bay and right away fell... More

The good - the beach is quiet and secluded, they have the great swings out over the water. So relaxing to swim, take a nap, go read a good book, or get a massage right on the beach (prices are identical to those in town, about 250 baht for 60 minute Thai massage). The ok - Rooms are just so-so.... More

We were a little concerned when we arrived as the resort is a big drive from the main road and the hills are very steep and winding. However there is Song Tao's to be ordered easily or if you are brave you can hire a motor bike which our friends did to get around. The closest town is Kai Bae... More

We book a week here over christmas because it look so nice on internet. We get a old and very dirty bungalow. I dont think they clean it in weeks. There was bugs and ants everywhere in and around the beds. We saw some kind of bug [--] around the bungalow and bedsheets, curtins and towels was dirty. Outside have a... More

Let's start with the downside to this hotel. We booked rooms at B600 per night, not expecting too much but the rooms we were given were awful. Sure, they were on the beach but I think they'd been put there 10 years ago and not used since. It took an upgrade to a beach villa (I think that's what it's... More

I stayed here in 2008 so my review may be a little out of date, but judging from their website they've actually improved a few areas. I loved it at siam bay we had a 3 day deal including all meals and a snorkel trip (which was excellent) and a night time canoe trip which was less exciting as the... More

the location at the beach was great. The distance from the town is a bit far. You have to take a taxi which is expensive. The rooms have outsider none or very old chairs. The people/staff are not friendly. Breakfast is poor.Avoid this ! Try to get a better spot.

Had high hopes of this place when I booked, but unfortunatley it all crumbled upon arrival. Had the bungalow upmost front to the beach, but with no sunbeds, chairs that had seen their best days many years ago and a patio so slippery that is was a hazard walking. Cold breakfast, no more coffee if you happen to sleep late... More
