Amber Sands is a fantastic Resort on the peaceful East Coast on Koh Chang, a quiet place to relax. The Restaurant provide a good Selection of western and Thai food on open Air location. We have stayed at Amber Sands on two occasions - October last year and February 2013. Both times we've loved this resort. Julian and Cheryl are superb hosts - they strike the right balance between wonderful customer service but not 'hovering' over guests. The perfect place for a restful vacation. Superb landscaping with planty of orchids. Great food, especially the red curry which I ate four times. Not much to do here but it is the most relaxing place I have ever stayed. Top-notch management and wonderful staff. Loved it!

My husband states that this is the best place in Thailand for a beach holiday. Accommodation accurately depicted on the website. Menu is simple, but fresh and tasty. Team could not be more helpful in terms of advice with day trips, restaurant recomendations etc. Only sorry we didn't spend longer here.

This place is great. Exactly what it claims to be. Quiet, nice view, great service, great restaurant! Go there!! You will not be disappointed! Honesty bar very nice too. Spent a couple of nights in the restaurant while our baby was sleeping on the floor with cold singha's.... Just great!
