From the moment we talked to "Johnny" on the phone to make the reservations until we left the Casa La Merced, we enjoyed every experience. The hotel is full of fun unique joys. The beautiful Teresa who made our morning breakfast was not only a wonderful cook, set a beautiful table, but was also pleasant and sweet and lovely. "Johnny"... more

Casa la Merced is a spectacular Hotel. I felt as if I was back in time and yet, having all the comforts of being at home away from home. It is located in the heart of Granada and across one of the most beautiful churches. Its employees are extremely helpful and caring. I highly recomend and hope to return to... more

I cannot say enough about this lovely B&B! My mom and I stayed here for 4 days before and after a volunteer project at Ometepe Island . It's a small quiet place and the rooms are very comfortable with great detail, there's a bottles of free water in the room. We got massages for $40 . There was also a... more

I am a travel agent. I booked two rooms at the Casa La Merced based on TripAdvisor reviews. The hotel was clean and the staff seemed friendly and nice. THe young girl working at the hotel, Vanessa, was completely inexperienced and confused our plans, overcharged us. Our experience was quite different from previous reviews in regard to booking excursions. Although... more

We thank you. Your establishment was by a mile the best we stayed in Nicaragua - rooms, service and food were all first class. We'll be back and certainly will be telling friends to stay with you. All the very best! MATEW more

Every employee we encountered at the hotel was super nice, the rooms were very clean (daily housekeeping) as well as having bathrooms (with showers) and the coffee break was great.Tours were recommended but not forced on us and they also suggested some great restaurants. When we went to Solentiname they were nice enough to keep our excess luggage in a... more

We found this Hotel by accident and it proved to be our nicest stay in Nicaragua. From the moment you enter you are graciously received by the wonderful staff and management. Our room was in the interior and besides being beautiful furnished had a bathroom that was open to a small interior court yard with hanging ferns. Very quiet and... more

My husband and I decided to stay at Casa La Merced because we were invited to a wedding and the church was conveniently located across the street from the hotel, besides, the hotel is new and it was well recommended; it proved to be an excellent choice.
