The staff were helpful and the hotel was comfortable. The room could have done with modernising and as another review mentioned, the restaurant is home to rather large fly colony - that was disappointing. It's location is almost outside Reutte so not the most centrally located place either. more

We decided to visit the so amazing and romantic Neuschwanstein Castle. we looked for a hotel in the area... and found a well recommended hotel advertised as at 2 km distance the "Maximilian"... This hotel is particularly suitable for family holidays. Children are welcomed like little princes/princesses(funny good menus for all, playroom with toys, room children close to parents with children funtime).
