Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Found this place while looking for somewhere to eat. We were not disappointed. One Pizza, which had the lightest of bases, and a Pasta dish of excellent quality. What a find. The place filled up nicely during our stay there. Prices were very reasonable, and seemed a little cheaper than eating on the sea front.

Great pizza and a very friendly waiter! A must go if you want pizza and you are in Arromanches les Bains. It is also a hotel. The photos on google are not up to date! The interior has been updated. We would definitely visit again

Small hotel in a very attractive village. The rooms are clean and practical. With excellent beds. The hostess is friendly and greats you with a smile. One remark, not for the very elderly as the stairs are quite step.

Ideally located, a very clean and comfortable hotel. Le Mulberry is just a very small hotel, a short walk from the sea front. It's very quiet, cosy and well appointed. Highly recommend staying for a quiet and relaxed stay in Arromanches

We stayed for one night in Le Mulberry using it as a base to visit the nearby D Day memorials. The room was basic but very clean and we had a good nights rest. The hotel staff were friendly and I definitely consider the hotel great value for money. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and that was very nice, the food was very tasty and not your useful xxx and chips fare that you found in nearby bistros. Breakfast at 10euros seemed ok value for money.

We arrived at the Mulberry in Arromanches, at 6.30pm on June 5th 2018. The rain was torrential and, being the night before D Day, each car parking space was occupied. So we stopped on our hazard warning lights, ran into the hotel with our luggage, said we’d be back as soon as we found a space and continued our search. Finally we found one. We got soaked walking back to the hotel. When we arrived we were told that the hotel was full! “But we booked it last October” I said. “And I confirmed the booking a month ago”. Ah well, it’s still full. So they found us a room a few streets away which I promptly nick-named the barracks. To go for breakfast we had to put on out wet weather clothes each day. Breakfast? (which I’d also booked) – ham? NO. eggs? DON’T BE SILLY. I visit Arromanches each D-Day because my dad landed there during the Normandy landing. I wish he’d landed somewhere else.

A small, friendly hotel which is ideally located with easy parking to be found close by. Third time to Arromanches & the best place we’ve stayed. Basic room facilities but clean, comfortable & quiet (but the church is close so the bells can wake you up at 7 which suited us fine). Great history all a short drive away from a pretty seaside town, recommended!
