Just got back from L'Ocean yesterday and had a wondeful (if slightly wet!) stay. We booked a 'charme' category room and it was very nice - comfortable bed, separate toilet and shower, very nice shabby chic decor. Had 3 nights at the Ocean and got back yesterday. Can't really fault it really!! Room was gorgeous - although we had paid for their best one! Maybe a walkin shower but more than happy with a bath. The pool isn't really much more than a plunge pool and I imagine in high season probably a bit crowded around it.... more

We stayed here with our 2 small children this july and loved. beautiful hotel, great service, lovely rooms - and the restaurant is truly brilliant. Only draw back was that the shower was terrible but we could live with that as everything else was great. more
