For a long term stay at a reasonable rate, this room is clean and comfortable. The kitchenette, wi-fi and wide-screen TV are a definite plus. The staff is capable and always willing to get it done with whatever you need. The location is great for those who have to work/have fun on the lower penninsula.

Some of the staff was decent but it was a lady and guy who were on the front desk on our second day who were RUDE....to our guests as they waited in the lobby for us to get there. D Seymour Great and friendly staff very helpful. Jackie and Toni the best. Clean and nice rooms. Close to my job good walking distance. Any problems I had were solved in no time. Thanks for everything.

I have been staying at the hotel every weekend for the last couple of months it is very employee friendly as they have a wonderful staff plenty of restaurants nearby and overall just a excellent stay I would definitely recommend extended stay hotel for long or short term stay

“Pretty good ESA”

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its pretty quiet but not saying that you don't have your occasional incidences. I have stayed here on and off for 3 years now and have had a few issues but the manager was quick to rectify them. You get what you pay for. It's not the Hilton so don't expect 5-star service.
