This is a wonderful little resort-style farmhouse hotel and restaurant situated in the rolling hills of southern Italy, away from the noise but a quick drive to beautiful sandy beaches. My wife and I took our two- and four-year old kids along and rented a two-bedroom cottage (it had a kitchen, too). The view was beautiful and reminded me of Tuscany. They have a great pool that my daughter enjoyed but my son was more interested in chasing the many lizards that live in the nearby bushes. Breakfast and dinner, which can be included in the price, were great. Normally, European-style breakfasts leave Americans hungry, but not this one. It was superbly diverse. Dinner was amazing and consisted of many courses. Be sure and visit the nearby sandy beaches for the day...you'll love them. Believe it or not, you can bring the kids along and still manage to have a romantic weekend here. more
