We were fortunate to stay at Locanda Solomeo for several days. Everyone at this lovely country house was friendly and so helpful to us. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Solomeo is on a hill overlooking the beautiful Umbrian landscape. The breakfasts were delicious and we were served by the delightful Federicka. She makes the best cappacino anywhere! May 9, 2007 My Mother and I stayed at the lovely Locanda Solomeo Country Inn for 3 nights in April 2007 while touring Umbria. It was marvelous! The Inn was very clean, the grounds were beautiful to view nature and the regional food was wonderful. The people operating this Inn were very nice and knowledgeable. A superb place to stay - totally relaxing, superb restaurant, and plenty to see and do in the area. Extremeley friendly staff, Locanda Solomeo, in its sleepy village has everything you could wish for if you're want a quiet break more
