Booked two rooms directly and they quoted me a price. On check out they charged me twice what I was quoted and what was posted on their website. Front desk staff was extremely rude. Beds were terrible, rooms extremely small for the money, food was deplorable. Never going back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!! more

After reading the horror stories, I both emailed the hotel and my travel agent to see if we could move. We could not...that said, it wasn't as bad as the majority here state.
