Stayed two different nights - unclean, hot water in shower did not work more

I also booked this hotel because it's significantly less expensive than the Hilton and Hampton Inns across the street (what gives with this location? Nearly $200 a night for a Hampton Inn? This is a former Hampton Inn at a busy intersection, handy to the airport but not much else. The room was ultra-basic - bed, table (not desk), chair, phone, tv/armoire. Highly recommendated for their excellent service. Somebody accidentally hit my car on the parking lot while I was checking in.
