Pokrov Convent is a working convent near the centre of Suzdal, a lovely small town in the Golden Ring. We stayed at the Pokrovsky Convent on a two day trip to the Golden Ring in June, 2005. It is a working convent dating from the Middle Ages, and like most places in Suzdal, is historic and beautiful.
