On a good day (and there aren’t many) 2 star!! Having read earlier reviews I was looking forward to my holiday here. What a disappointment. We booked our holiday at the last minute through Direct Holidays. We intended to go to Majorca for 7 nights self-catering. The package offered was for half board and worked out cheaper than S/C. We wanted a weeks break sitting on a beach and relaxing in the evening. The Borneo is a four star hotel and well worth its rating.... more
